Greetings;

My name is Rhonda and I would like to share my story with you.  First of all I am a local business owner and I live in Central Point, Oregon.  I came to the Hypnosis Technology Institute to quit gambling.  For the last 4 or 5 years gambling had been affecting every aspect of my life in a negative way.  Not only was it costing me a lot of hard earned money but it was controlling my life.  I tried to stop on my own, but had no success.  I heard about other people who had success using hypnosis and I figured I had nothing to loose and everything to gain.

I began to notice changes within the first week but I still had urges.  About 3 or 4 weeks after starting treatment I lost the urge to gamble on poker machines.  I was free to do more things with people and they noticed I wasn’t playing the machines.  I now spend more time with my friends and family because I’m not hidden away gambling. My family is proud of me and relieved that I sought help.

I have been free from gambling since I started in April 2007 and I’m highly confident my change is permanent.   I have really saved a lot of money since then and I feel better about myself.  I’m not wasting my time and money sitting behind a poker machine.  I’ve started doing other things with my free time now such as golf, bowling, and tennis. This makes me feel like my life is more fulfilling and that I’m a better person.  Other benefits of the treatment program include less anxiety, more self-confidence, and less shame in myself.

When I mention to other people that I was using hypnosis I would explain it’s a one-on-one program and not a big group at some conference room.  I will continue to recommend the HTI services to anyone that has a problem and can’t beat it on their own.   The services and support I received were excellent!  I recommend John and HTI to anyone.  John is very supportive and very good at his job. John is very professional and helped me reach my goal.
